Our first year was exciting! We started with our first date at the Stargates Restaurant on Main St., Queens, NY on August 30, 1998. Now this restaurant no longer exists because it is called Doughies today. After two more dates, we knew it was time to set our goal to get married. We met through one of the shadchanim of Rebetzin Esther Jungreis at Hineni.

We got married on the first night of Chanuka that year. It was three and a half months later. We are married 10 1/2 years now.

Today, we can say that we have a lovely addition to our family! Our daughter, Shoshana Miriam Schwartz.
